Credit Card Information -

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards. No purchase is charged to your credit card until we ship the merchandise. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Like conventional retail establishments, we protect your credit card information and do not provide it to any other organizations. We do not share or sell your name, email, or mailing address, either!

Your credit card will be billed as WEB STORES when you get your credit card statement.

Backordering -

Our inventory is very deep so we rarely run out of any items despite high demand. Sometimes though, a manufacturer misjudges the demand for certain items and it is just not available. In cases like these when we cannot promptly restock a particular item, the Product Detail page will indicate that it is temporarily out-of-stock, or in the unlikely event it doesn't get updated immediately, we will contact you promptly and notify you of the delay. You will then have a choice to either wait for the item, cancel the item, or substitute it for another item. We will usually throw in something into this deal to make up for the inconvenience, ie: free shipping, or another item free of charge, at our discretion.

Errors and Omissions -

We do our best to keep our website current and accurate. Typographical errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to correct or cancel (at the customer's choice) any orders based upon incorrect or erroneous information.

Return Policies -

If you need to return product, you must do so within 15 days. To return an item for exchange or refund, merchandise must still be shrink wrapped and in original, "as new" condition. If the item was found to be defective, please indicate the problem with the returned merchandise and we will replace it with the same item purchased at no cost to you.

All returned merchandise must be accompanied by an RMA number issued by This is to insure expedited service and prompt credit to your account, and to avoid any misunderstandings. Please contact us at before returning ANY items. Items returned to us without an RMA number will not be credited to your account, as we have no way of tracking your payment information after the transaction is completed.

Due to laws and regulations, we cannot accept returns on underwear, condoms, adult toys, or any other personal items. These items may ONLY be returned for exchange, if found defective.

Please note: we do not issue refunds on shipping charges. Any items returned to us simply because you changed your mind, will be credited to your account, less the shipping cost. In the event of defective product exchange, there will be no additional shipping charge to you.

Ship Methods - Domestic U.S.

When "Standard" shipping is selected, it is at the warehouses discretion whether a package is shipped via USPS, UPS Ground or UPS Basic.
  • The transit time for Standard shipping is 3-7 business days.
  • This is the only ship method that delivers to a P.O. Box location within the U.S.
  • UPS Basic is a service in which UPS may transfer the shipment to USPS to be delivered. Depending on the UPS Basic service used, this method may come with UPS and USPS tracking information.

*Please Note: The following UPS ship methods do not deliver to P.O. Box locations.
UPS Ground

  • This UPS method is for those who prefer packages be shipped via UPS Ground only.
  • The transit time for this ship method is 3-5 business days.
  • UPS Ground does not deliver to P.O. Box locations.

2-day UPS

  • 2-day UPS Express will deliver within 2 business days.
  • This method does not deliver to P.O. Box locations.

A Word About *Your* Privacy

Privacy is our priority and we take it very seriously.

1. We will NEVER send you anything through mail except what you order. No flyers, no catalogues, nothing.

2. We will NEVER send you any emails unless you subscribe to our mailing list. This is strictly an opt-in mailing list, we do not add names/emails to it manually.

3. Your credit card will be billed as WEB STORES when you get your credit card statement. Not or anything else. In fact, we answer our phones as WEB STORES in case you leave our phone number around.

4. We use US Postal Service Priority Mail or Express Mail boxes. There are no logos or indications as to the box contents. Our return address is WEB STORES, not This is handy when shipping to your office, PO Box, or hiding a gift from significant other.

5. We will NEVER sell or share with third parties your email address, name, mailing address, phone number, or any other personal information.

To safeguard your information, we delete, destroy and get rid of any and all personal information after the sale is processed and the order is shipped. Only two staff members have access to any personal information, and they are the two founders and owners of the company.
